Default Canadian Fourth-Quarter GDP Growth Surprises on the Upside

After struggling for most of 2009, the Canadian economy came roaring back at the end of the year with fourth-quarter growth rising an annualized 5.0%. Going into the report, expectations had been for growth to rise sharply although to a more moderate rate of 4.0%. Good news on the economy...
